Technology leader with 10+ years across full-stack engineering, cloud infrastructure, and IT leadership. I think in systems, not features — and I ship. From a senior backend engineer at FPT Software building Temando's logistics integrations on Node.js and AWS Lambda, to running distributed observability programs for Ecolab as a project manager, to leading digital transformation as Head of IT at Dược Vương Pharmaceutical.

Right now I'm dual-hatted: building agentic AI in production at Dược Vương while owning Ecolab's enterprise-wide monitoring and automation stack across the US, EU, Asia, and Greater China. The throughline across both: turning messy, real-world business operations into reliable software systems — and increasingly, into systems that LLMs and autonomous agents can operate inside of.
